Fracture Cover Claim - Elbow
Background
Male - Aged 48 - Mechanic - Married with 2 children.
Back in 2018 we meet with the client and create a package of cover that was cost effective and hit key points of cover for them.
We implemented Life & Critical Illness Cover and as part of the package with AVIVA, Fracture Cover was included (which at the time also covered some ligament & tendon injuries).
Event
The client fell in 2020 while on an evening out and tore the ligament in his elbow.
Outcome
Given the cover in place with AVIVA he was able to claim, providing him with a lump sum of funds to ease financial pressures on the family while he was operated on and recovered.
